About occupants
Hi! I’m Dominique, 35 years old, working full-time in customer experience and content creation at a wellness clinic. I’m also involved in sustainability projects and have a background in photography and hospitality. I live an active lifestyle, love the beach, enjoy cooking, and keep things clean and peaceful at home.

I’m friendly, respectful, and easygoing, and I value a calm and comfortable home environment. I’m usually out and about during the day, rarely home at all honestly. And when I’m home, I like to unwind, read, watch tv in my room or head out for a swim, surf or walk.

The other flat mate is called Allan, he is 40 years old and French, he keeps to himself mostly, works long hours and it is rare to bump into him in the apartment. He works for Disney as an animator and is huge into sport so very active hence not home much.

He is also clean and tidy and it’s with him that a bathroom would be shared.
Compatible people
A good flatmate to me is someone who is respectful, clean, and easy to live with. I really value open and honest communication, consideration for shared spaces, and someone who’s independent but also happy to have the occasional chat or shared meal. Reliability, kindness, and a calm presence go a long way, I’m looking to share the space with someone who treats the apartment like a home and helps keep the good energy flowing.
