The place is in an awesome spot—just a 15-minute stroll to both Bondi Beach and Bondi Junction. It’s on a super quiet street but still close to public transport and shops, so you get the best of both worlds. 😎

Rent is $380/week (bills included, except for WiFi). Just a heads-up: if we need to crank the heater during winter and the power bill spikes, we’ll split the extra.
