The apartment is located in a strategic location, near Woolworths, grocery shops, restaurants, cafes, park and beaches. (Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte at walking distance).
10 minutes to Bondi junction and train station by bus. Buses runs 24/7!. Also, easy access to UNSW by bus.
The apartment is old style, cozy and has a chill vibe, perfect to relax after a busy day.
You’ll be sharing with another female, Janet, who’s easy going and friendly, and my 12 yo son who is well-mannered and polite. I work from home most of the mornings and Frid afternoons.
