The apartment is located in a strategic location, near Woolworths, grocery shops, restaurants, cafes, park and beaches. (Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte at walking distance).
10 minutes to Bondi junction and train station by bus. Buses runs 24/7!. Also, easy access to UNSW by bus.
The apartment is old style, cozy and has a chill vibe, perfect to relax after a busy day.
You will have your own room. (no couples pls)
You’ll be sharing the place with me, easy going and friendly, and my 13yo son who is well-mannered and polite. I work from home most of the mornings and sometimes full days. The room is ideal for anyone who enjoys a harmonious and peaceful place. Not WFH ideally. Alcohol and smoke free.
