I'm subletting my room in a 2-bedroom apartment in Bondi, located in a lovely area next to a school, right between the beach and Bondi Junction. It’s about an 18-minute walk to the shops and the beach, with a bus stop just 4 minutes away that takes you straight to the city.

The apartment and the bedroom are fully furnished, so you’ll just need to bring yourself! You'll be sharing the apartment with another girl.

Rent is priced a little lower because I'll be keeping a few things under the bed and in part of the wardrobe. The wardrobe is a large built-in, so there's still plenty of space for your clothes and belongings.
