Hey hey! Here's our super cosy and homely apartment in a quiet neighborhood and yet perfect location, very close to the beach, shops, bars, cafes and buses (5 min walk)
The other bedroom has its own ensuite, so you'll have the large main bathroom all to yourself, right next to your room (see pics). You'll also have your own private balcony with sea view, and a secure covered parking spot in the garage if you need one :)
We'd also need a pet sitter for our cat (very easy, just feed her once or twice a day and clean the litter tray when needed, probably only 2 or 3 times over the whole stay). We'll provide all the cat food and litter of course. If you'd be interested in helping with that, we can lower the rent by $100 per week, bringing it down to just $290 per week🙂
The room is available for 6 weeks, my gf and I will be overseas from the 28th of June to the 8th of August.
