Looking for a new housemate to replace me in our lovely Bondi home from the end of May. Exact dates can be negotiated.

The property is in an ideal location, 10 mins from all the best beaches in the East - Bondi, Bronte, Tama and a short 15 walk to the junction.

Close to loads of coffee shops, bars and restaurants and just a 2 minute walk to the closest bus stop.

The house is a spacious 3 bedroom property with a large garden, kitchen dining area and large communal living room.

The bedroom is unfurnished but has a large built in wardrobe which is perfect for storage.

The price per week is $400, paid monthly. A deposit of the bond $1667 is required to secure the room.

We are looking for a housemate male or female in their late twenties/early 30s who is clean and respectful of our home. We are sociable with each other but also have our own groups of friends and routines. We’d like a housemate to be on a similar vibe. We will not accept anyone without full time work.
