The apartment has a balcony with a green outlook for you to enjoy your morning coffee with the birds. We get a lot of afternoon sun so it’s nice to soak it up on the balcony :)
The apartment is shared with one Canadian girl. We are a quiet apartment and are looking for someone respectful and quiet to fill the room for the time available. Ideally would be suitable for someone who is looking to explore the area and looking for quiet time in the evening.
The room has a wardrobe and Chester drawers and has a shared bathroom. The bathroom has a bath and a shower.

Our apartment is close to Bondi Road (400m to Woolworths metro) and other cafes and shops. We are a 10 minute walk from Hall Street and under 15minute walk to the beach (Bondi) and 20 minute walk to Bronte beach.
Public transport (buses) is within easy reach on Bondi Road and Old South Head Road. Bondi Junction train station is a 20 minute walk from the apartment or a short bus ride.
