This lovely, flat is sunny, quiet and overlooks a reserve and the district with water glimpses. it's in a fantastic location which is convenient to most things. No common walls, gets the breeze and feels relaxing as soon as you walk in.
Eat a meal, read or sunbake on the balcony or enjoy the stylish, breezy living/ dining room or relax in a bubble bath!
Stroll to the beach or Bondi Junction shopping and trains or 5-10 minute walk to buses and Bondi Road shops.
The room has a parquetry floor and floor to ceiling built in wardrobes with a full length mirror. Fully furnished with a console/desk chair, side table and lamps. No room for any other furniture in the flat sorry.
The right person is someone who is responsible, clean and tidy although not anal. It's not a party apartment so looking for someone who likes to relax when at home.
I'm a set decorator for the TV industry and I work a lot so home is my sanctuary to unwind, watch films/netflix or potter around. I love to walk/jog the stunning Bondi to Clovelly track or go out for drinks and a meal with friends.
When the borders open up, I'm likely to be away quite a lot on the weekends.
I'm passionate about fashion, art, design, music films, travel, eating well (and sometimes badly ;0)) walking, and love the Bondi life although get out of the 'bubble' as well.
