Home Description

Description of the home

Modern 3-bedroom penthouse apartment with open-plan living. The room fits a queen-sized bed and has plenty of built-in storage (as you can see from the photos). The room is south-eastern facing and has ocean glimpses. The remainder of the apartment is both North and Eastern facing so it gets plenty of light and sunshine throughout the day, with views of the ocean. The apartment comes fully furnished with all key necessities (Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Lounge, dining + coffee table, Unlimited TPG NBN). Common areas are also furnished; however, we are in need of a few items that Ian will be taking when he moves out (bbq grille, coffee machine, etc) so bonus points to you if you're able to bring these with you.

We’re in a prime location only 5 minutes walk to Bondi Beach and a 10-minute bus to Bondi Junction. The nearest bus stop is located 100m away.

The move-in date is the 14th February 2026 (with limited flexibility).

About occupants
Our flatmate Ian is leaving us - and with that, the show must go on and the hunt for the next housie begins 🏠

You'll be sharing with two gents in their mid-30s. Dion is originally from Sydney and Tom is originally from Ireland. Tom is a Principal Consultant in the technology industry and Dion is a Project Manager in the construction industry. Dion enjoys crossfit during the week, cooking, and rooting for the Roosters during NRL season. Tom enjoys running, reading, hiking, socialising and travelling. Weekdays are generally relaxed - whether it's being out at the beach, watching sports, or hanging with mates.

Although we both like to have our occasional fun, we are very professional during the week and aren't looking for a flatmate that is going to hit the pubs and kick-on at our place. We are very respectful of the people we live with (and our neighbours) and are looking for someone with the same attitude, who will also respect the place by keeping it clean and tidy.

Our place is not to be missed, there are not many views in Bondi for this price.
Compatible people
Looking for another easy-going guy that fits a similar profile. Works full-time Mon-Friday keeping it pretty chilled weeknights, is well-domesticated and tidy, and likes to be active/healthy and enjoys their weekends.
