Description of the home
We have a beautiful room available with your own seperate bathroom (with a bath), air-con / heating throughout in our spacious modern flat. Rent is per calendar month. Move in date can be discussed, we are quite flexible, so tell us what you are thinking.
The apartment is located in North Bondi, literally a 2 minute walk to the beach itself. Bondi markets, Woolworths as well as all other shops, cafes and restaurants surround us, and the bus stop for the 333/380 is just down the street.
The apartment itself is newly renovated, modern and spacious. There is also off-street parking, which is free all day parking in places - definitely one of the more favourable spots to park in Bondi.
The bedroom on offer has a fireplace, a built in wardrobe and comes with its own private bathroom (with shower, BATH and toilet). We have a laundry cabinet for the dryer and washing machine, a living room with an open kitchen (incl. dishwasher & gas cooker) which offers multiple storage cupboards. The living space & each room has an air con unit/heater and ceiling fans- which is great to have throughout the seasons and ideal with keeping the rooms cool in the summer.
The second floor to the duplex is where myself and Laura have our rooms plus share a bathroom in the middle.
The building also features a landscaped communal garden/ courtyard area, which is a good suntrap in the summer, a great location to have a BBQ and offers an escape from the beach in the busy summer months.

Bond is $1800
Bills are usually divided equally by the house. We currently split gas and electricity bills per quarterly month.
We also have NBN hi-speed Internet, which is $25 p/meach between 3 people.

Nadia: 31 year old kiwi who has lived around the Bondi area for 7 years. Loving being close to the beach and the lifestyle that comes with it. I love staying fit, working out and eating healthy. I enjoy having a drink on the weekend with friends and going on wholesome road trips. I like to cook a meal and have a wine with housemates every now and again. We’re both partial to an early night/morning during the week!
Laura: 32 years and originally from Germany, but have lived in Sydney before and spent the last few years in London before I couldn’t resist coming back to beach and sunshine! I work in advertising in a marketing agency in the city and from home a few days a week. I love going out for walks, doing Yoga and love a drink (or a few) on the weekend!
