ABOUT THE HOUSE
The house is located in North Bondi and is a 5 minute walk (front door to sand) from Bondi Beach. It is opposite Orchard St Cafe, and a 2 minute walk from the bus stop to get to Bondi Junction/the CBD.

It is a 2 bed 1 bath semi-detached house. It is very large and spacious (including front garden, back garden and ample under house storage) and a great beach pad.

AVAILABILITY
I am sub-letting the room from 25 April 2024 until 25 May 2024 (as I am likely to move to a different part of Sydney). You will have the house to yourself until approx Sat 4 May and after then, you will have a housemate in the second bedroom (Warren, 34, works in marketing).

I'm a 34 year-old English lawyer and work in the CBD. I wfh a couple of days a week but am generally out and about most weekdays and weekends either playing sport (tennis, touch rugby, cycling, surfing) or exploring Sydney.

The bond is $1,000. Please also provide a copy of your passport.

ABOUT PARKING
There is no parking included. However, I can organise a visitor's parking permit (valid for 30 days) if required. Please let me know and I will advise of the cost.
