The bedroom is a bright space with build in wardrobe. I will be moving into the larger bedroom but this room has served me perfectly for 3 years. I’ve had a queen bed and still a lot of space for a shoe rack, bedside table etc.

About the occupants
Hey, I'm Kristian. I'm 39 and in denial about turning 40. I'm originally from Wales and have lived in Australia for 9 years. I became a citizen just over 2 years ago and don't plan on leaving.

I work in Barangaroo as a Senior Talent Business Partner for a global brand. I'm usually in the office 3 days a week, Tuesday - Thursday and WFH Monday and Friday.

I'm in to fitness - gym, running, play team sports and I tell everyone I surf but I hardy get my board wet. Also very social and usually spend a lot of my time with friends. I love cooking and trying new recopies. I'm a vegetarian but not one that will make you feel guilty about eating meat and I'm not anal about using the utensils for cooking meat (my flatmate is a carnivore). I love music and into all genres. Try to go to see live music and festivals when I can. I also love to travel and usually on a plane a handful of times a year.

I'm a very clean and considerate flatmate and have a pretty busy life. I'm also a plant father so if you don't like plants, then this apartment isn't for you.
Compatible people
I'm looking for an outgoing, fun and easy going housemate. Respectful, clean and also considerate. Someone who has their own life going on but also keen to hang out and have some banter but at the same time respect each others privacy and space. Also, a flatmate with similar interests - fitness, sports, healthy eating, music and travel would be ideal. Your friends, and partner are welcome at anytime.
