Incredible location, near the weekend markets, less than 5 mins walk to the beach, 3 mins to Woollies and 5-10 mins to everything Hall Street has to offer.
Most of the furniture will be going with my housemate so I will be replacing, or you’re welcome to bring your own (let me know & we can discuss).

I love all the usual Bondi things - anything active/ outdoors, ocean dips all year round, the beach, hiking, training, running, yoga, pilates, breathwork, meditation. I’m mostly an early night, early morning person - usually up around 6am for a class or the beach. I’m very interested in health, wellness & self-development. In the evenings I mostly chill and like to watch a series or read a book. I’m big on food, would like to cook more (would be nice to have someone to cook for/ with) & obsessed with BBQs.
