* PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BEFORE EMAILING ABOUT THIS ROOM.
Large room for rent in a fully furnished 2 bedroom top floor apartment. Less than 3 mins walk to the beach. Shops, restaurants, bars and bus stops all within easy walking distance.
The apartment has a modern kitchen and bathroom/laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also a large balcony with views of the neighborhood.
Rent is $470 per week including bills (electricity, unlimited wi-fi all included). The room is available from the 11th of May, and I would prefer a minimum stay of 5 months. No couples.
