Hey guys I hope your doing well.
We are Angela and Damien. A couple looking to rent a private room in our cosy 2 bedrooms unit.
Unit come all furnished with washing machine and dryer. We are extremely tidy , we love this place and we take care of it a lot.
We're both working everyday so we're also pretty quiet.
This place is 4 minutes walk to the beach and bus station , it's a pretty gold location.
Room will be available Thursday 18th April for a minimum stay of 6 months.
3 weeks bond and 1 week rent to pay when you move in.
Rent to pay from Thursday to Thursday.
