Bondi Beach

Description of the home

I am subleasing my room from 17th June to 13th September (a bit flexible on the dates). Rent is 450 per week inclusive of bills.

We live in a beautiful flat in Francis Street in Bondi about a 3 min walk to the beach. We are currently 4 working professionals living here and are all quite social and outgoing. Emmy is our Bondi girl getting up super early (okay I guess since she has to) to teach pilates, hot yoga, and HIIT classes at Lean Bean in Bondi. She is also working as a part time copy writer, so if need help with your workout routine are how to phrase that special letter to a loved one, I am sure she can help you find the right tone of voice.
Glen is lovely Scottish man who you can see dancing in a kilt from time to time or ridiculously oversized costumes but mostly, more realistically, working at his job at a data centre operations process manager? Honestly still don’t know his title and at this point I am too far in to ask. Ney is his partner and he just recently moved here from Sweden and is currently looking for a job as an Architect. When not at the gym or applying for jobs, you can find him tending all the plants, cooking and baking layered cakes (absolutely delicious). They share the biggest master bedroom with their own bathroom, so you would only be sharing yours with Emmy.

Overall we are all friends and hang out but also do our own things when we feel like some alone time. We all like electronic music and a party from time to time but are also all in our 30s so hangovers last days, so we are all not partying every weekend.

A couple things about the flat:
- Big common area with expansive windows
- Outdoor table and seating area
- TV and a PS5
- Kitchen with dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine and many more gadgets
- We got quite fast internet (1gbps) if you are working from home
- Your room has a mirrored wardrobe, a cupboard plus a TV
- We have a cleaner coming monthly and a robot vacuum
