Andy (35) and his girlfriend Liv (33) are sadly saying goodbye to our favourite housemate, Rach, as she leaves Sydney for love and career. However, this is great news for you! Welcome to our beautiful, spacious and light-filled home in North Bondi. In a quiet street, 1 min to cafes and 5 mins to the sand, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better location in Bondi.
The room is furnished with bed, robe and drawers. (No linen)
We both work from home. While we would prefer someone who doesn’t need to work from home, we could make it work if it’s minimal/sporatic. We are both extremely active and social, always training for an event, going to markets with friends, surfing, camping etc.
While we are super social and catching up with friends every day, we generally keep this out of the house apart from the occasional dinner party or movie night. Otherwise, we aren’t big drinkers and not looking for someone who’s still in their party phase (respect 🙏 we just can’t do it anymore 😂)
Our previous housemates have felt like family and we’d love to find another amazing person to share with. Someone who is keen to join the occasional weekend adventure but also has their own things going on.
