I’m taking over the sublease of this light-filled Bondi apartment and will be renting out the master bedroom.

The space
Master bedroom and living room are north-facing, bright throughout the day. (It's way bigger than the photo suggests.)

Apartment is unrenovated (as shown in kitchen and bathroom photos), rent reflects this.

Approx. 8-minute walk to the beach, close to cafés, shops and transport.

Lease details:
Available for 9 months (possible longer)
Start date: 15 March 2026 (7 pm as the head tenant is moving out during the day)
End date: 22 December 2026 (TBC)

After this date, the arrangement may:
end, or
continue month-to-month by mutual agreement.

Furnishing
Room comes unfurnished (current occupier is selling selected items, with the option to purchase if useful).

Item buy-in amount: $775, payable alongside the bond prior to commencement of the sublease. ($1,550 in total and split between us.)

Bills and expenses

Water is included. Broadband and electricity are not included and will be shared. (I have to confirm this but broadband probably $45 per person and electricity $70–$100 per person/per month. TBC.) Residential Parking Permit available via Waverley Council (subject to council approval). A permit was held by the previous main leaseholder. Also keen on a monthly cleaner, which would be $50 per person.
