Description of the home
Decent sized room for Bondi (everything seems to be a shoebox around these parts), a big kitchen with a back garden with plenty of seating areas and a grill. Super close to the beach (5 minutes walking, and real 5, not "5") and woolies/harris farms.
Everything is close, but quiet enough (not the party area of Bondi). Neighbours are chill and the 379 bus stops half a block away from the door (takes you straight to Bondi Junction in 10-15 mins). Room is about 3.5m x 3m
Laundry in-house (dryer and washing machine). This is a lodging agreement.
