I have one good size, bright, private bedroom available now!
Bedroom comes fully furnished with queen bed, work desk, dresser and wardrobe. The unit itself is on the top floor with huge windows so there is lot of natural light and a great ocean breeze. Like staying healthy and fit? No problem. You have access to a private fully equipped gym downstairs with steam sauna and ice bath :) no membership required. All of the tenants in the building know one another so its a great vibe (think "friends" meets "seinfeld").
Also the location doesn't get much better as it is just 5 minutes walk to the beach, close to all of Bondi's best cafes, restaurants, bars and public transport. If you want to be living in Bondi this is one of the best spots you can get in my opinion (which is why I have live here for 15 years).

As we are both into our health and fitness we're usually out doing something rather than sitting at home but when we are, keen to watch some tele together before getting a good night sleep. We enjoy playing music when we're home so hopefully you do too and have some good taste.. pretty open to most genres as long as it has a solid beat. It's not a party house but always open to small social gatherings.
We both prefer to cook for ourselves and take pride in eating clean but not opposed to the occasion shared "family" style meal as long as its healthy. Totally fine if you just want to do your own thing though. No judgement :)
