2 Bedroom house in Bondi Beach. Less than 5 mins walk to the beach (500m), and with a bus stop to Bondi Junction right out the front.
There is a private entry way from the street, with 2 bedrooms, combined lounge and kitchen, internal laundry and bathroom. There is a shared backyard out the back, complete with hills hoist. NBN with 100mb unlimited, and I've never had issue with street parking out the front.
The location is fantastic, with supermarkets, cafes, bars and restaurants all within a few hundred meters.
The room can include a double bed all setup (if needed) plus furniture. There’s stacks of storage space with a really big wardrobe. Lots of natural light and good sized room. I spent a year in this room and loved it.

I'm 30 years old and have lived in Sydney for 6 years but originally from Adelaide. I work in Sales for Coca-Cola and travel frequently for work. This means plenty of free Coke products (Soft Drinks, Water, Sports, Vodka beer etc). I've lived all over the place, Adelaide, Auckland, Perth, Malaysia, Canberra but Sydney is home now.
I'm generally out and about during the week, and spend my weekends at the beach or out for a run. I don't mind a beer but don't normally bring the party back to the house.
In Summer, I’m a lifesaver at North Bondi, and you’ll find me surfing or patrolling the beach.
I travel a lot for work during the week, with a trip away once a month
There is also Bonnie, a 2 year old Toller who is a very cute and well trained dog.
