Bright spacious 3 bed, 2 bath apartment that’s a 7 min walk from the sand! It’s a quiet spot close to the cafes and shops of Hall St & Glenayr.
Fully furnished and crazily well equipped kitchen (except no dishwasher yet). Internal washing machine and separate drier.
Outdoor balcony with a sofa - the perfect place for relaxing with a drink/ book!
Has lock up garage and plenty of storage space - it’s too small for a car though (! I know !). If you have a car there’s plenty of onstreet parking nearby. And the apartment is right next to the bus stop if you don’t!

I currently work from home 3 days in the spare room, and happy for you to use it on my office days.
In the evening I’ll generally try to do some yoga/meditation, call friends/family, watch the TV/movie, cook or head out. I tend to go to bed early most nights and get up early to make the most of some vitamin sea before work!
On the weekend I usually head outdoors for sports or to catch up with friends, or on an adventure. Every so often I enjoy hosting a dinner party and am happy for you to do the same!
I like to keep home clean and tidy, so it’s a relaxing positive space.
