1.Looking for a single occupancy professional room mate to rent a 2nd Bedroom .looking for someone who values a peaceful living & a chilled environment & not a party flat, but rather a place to relax. ( Usually its been an overseas student or tourist travelling around Australia ) Airbnb set up without the high cost.
2. Super convenient short walk to the shops, supermarkets, cafes, gyms, restaurants & bus stop is directly across the street & departs every 10 minutes. 333 and 380.
3. Sunny Art Deco apartment has been tastefully renovated for a contemporary feel and beach lifestyle & is quiet and private .
4. Bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, towels, new bedding, high ceilings a window, natural light and you can hear the ocean at night.
5. Combined lounge and dining area, renovated kitchen with all the stainless steel appliances ,renovated bathroom with internal laundry, washer and dryer .
Theres also a huge roof deck drying with 2 x Hills Hoist and loads of privacy for suntanning or chilling.
8. Please be reliable / responsible with communication, neat and respectful.
9. Minimum 4 month lease with 2 weeks bond which will be refunded upon cease of lease.

I consider myself to be fair, respectful, polite, and honest and in general a pretty chilled straight up guy.
I"m not a party person or a drinker but more into the health & fitness lifestyle that comes with living in a beach suburb.
In my spare time, I watch TV , listen to music, and chill at home but I’m usually at the beach in summer .
I like to keep the place tidy and would appreciate the same from the roommate and mutual respect. I developed great friendships with all my past room mates.
I think it’s important to have some sort of connection but also to respect each other's space and privacy.
Friends are welcome as long as everyone is respectful and polite and not every night of the week.
