Hello,
My name is Jamal, I've lived in Australia for 9 years and originally from the UK.
I've lived in this beautiful place for the last 5 years, it's great!
Open flowing space with rooms front of house and living at the back keepings things separate.
It's a block of 4 units and we all know each other so a very friend vibe.
Location is perfect, it's very private whilst being just a few minutes walk to Bondi Junction with a direct train into the city.
Happy to socialise whilst also respecting peoples own space. In the evenings I like to head to the gym and relax.
The room is a cosey size and will have a wardrobe and a bed.
There is a cute little foster cat currently residing in the house until he finds his new home.
