This is a gorgeous apartment with high ceilings in a quiet block of 4 with a sun drenched private terrace and access to a garden area - perfect for Summer.
Both inside and outside are very cosy in the evenings.
The area is quiet, but close to a few shops with a bus stop right outside and only a 15 min walk to the junction and 25 min walk to Bondi Beach and Double Bay.
I am a terrible photographer so the photos don’t do the place justice!

I work as an Account Manager for an events agency in the city with hybrid flexibility with work, so work from home around 2-3 days a week on average.
My social life is a busy one! So I’m usually out throughout the week and weekend, unless the hangover has gotten the better of me on a Sunday. Though I also enjoy evenings in to recharge. Other than that, I’ll likely be at the gym.

Im open to short term, but preferably I’m looking for someone who wants to call this place a home for the foreseeable. I think who you share your safe space with is very important and I’m keen for you to be someone who will become a friend.
So ideally you are chill, clean and tidy. Have your own social life but happy to debrief and have lazy evenings with some shared TV programs (Must love MAFS or at a minimum be willing to watch it and commentate throughout- sorry it’s house rules)
Home is a sanctuary, so ideally wouldn’t be hosting lots of people all the time, but of course it’s a great entertaining space, so it would be a shame not to on the odd occasion!
Preference is for you to only wfh on the occasional weekday rather than full time.
