The apartment is a beautiful two-bedroom place located on the top floor of the building, filled with natural light throughout the afternoon. It has been fully renovated and is extremely clean, modern, and comfortable.

The available room is the master bedroom with a large built-in wardrobe. You would need to bring your own bedroom furniture, but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished and equipped, including a well-stocked kitchen with all appliances. The bathroom is shared but very spacious.

The apartment has recently been updated with lovely carpets in the bedrooms (installed just a month ago), ceiling fans, and all the essentials needed for comfortable living.

The location is fantastic — right between the city and the beach. You can walk to Bondi Junction station in about 10 minutes and to Bondi Beach in around 25 minutes. The building is very quiet, and currently there are no neighbours on the same floor.

There is also a parking spot available for an additional cost.

Rent is $620 per week plus bills, which we would split evenly.
