About the occupants
Im a half French half Finnish neuroscience researcher. I'm independent laid back and easy going, love the beach, travelling and getting out. When I'm not taking the dogs out for adventures you'll find me rolling my eyes at Patrick's relentless dad jokes and puns.

Patrick is a full time working professional who enjoys talking shit and will watch and follow any sport. Charlotte is a very studious and respectful Norwegian girl who loves a deep philosophical chat. Amy is a good friend of mine who is temporarily living in the guest room.

We are looking for a housemate that likes dogs and can help out with them and the rent will be reduced from the quoted rate here based on that.

We pretend like we are fit and active and healthy during the week but then often ruin any good work on the Friday and Saturday nights. We don't take life too seriously and are very pro a bit of banter. Looking to live with another person that we can get on with and not feel like you want to avoid them or have to tippy toe around.

We really don’t like drama and just looking for someone fun or relaxed to live with.
Compatible people
We are looking for an easy going person that is willing to be respectful and reasonable. Basically just looking for someone who isn't a d*ckhead or a douchebag. Sense of humour is preferable! We are keen to live with someone we can have a laugh and shoot the sh*t with or not if we all can't be arsed (which happens.. we get it!), we all need our own space at times, we are no different. The house is character home with modern finishes, so also looking for someone who is going to respect the place & has common sense when it comes to keeping the house clean and tidy.
Description of pets
Spud is a 7year old rescue dog (he is a combination of the following - lab, kelpie, irish wolfhound, bordercollie.... we think). Mash is a 6 year old rescue dog too once again like spud don't really know what he is but similar. I've had both since they were about 11 weeks old, they play together and are well behaved etc... Spud is a pretty chilled fella and mash is his annoying little brother, but they get on very well! During Covid we thought it would be a good idea to get a third dog (questionable decision in hindsight) and his name is Chip, he is a silver kelpie and is very sweet and affectionate. They absolutely froth when you take them to the park to throw the ball for them! All are fully house trained etc and I take them with me whenever I can. We would like a housemate that can help with the dogs and hence likes dogs. We are thinking about 3 walks per week (we literally live opposite centennial park) and the odd help on the weekend if we are away.
