I’m preferably looking for a female housemate, but I’d be open to a guy if it felt like the right fit.

I’m not in a rush to fill the room — I’d rather take the time to find the right person, as compatibility is really important when you’re sharing a home.

The bus stop is just steps away and goes straight to the city. Westfield Eastgardens is only a 7-minute drive away.

No pets, no parties, and no messy housemates please.
