Home Description

Description of the home

Our house is a three bedroom home, with a large deck overlooking the garden, and conveniently positioned just a hop step and a jump to all mod cons. There is also a massive workshop/storage shed.
Walk out of of the house, turn right and a 2min walk will take you to the main strip of shops and public transport access. Shops include a supermarket, chemists, yes two, medical centres, florist, etc, etc. Multiple coffee shops, a couple of gyms and a nice pub are also positioned amongst the shops. In the other direction is a large park with workout equipment , basketball courts, and cricket nets. Sadly, Botany pool is closed for renovations but thankfully, the beach is an easy 15min drive at most.

About occupants
Hi. We are Howard and Jen, working professional's in our 40's who alternate living at the home.
I'm originally from Sydney, growing up in Coogee. I've been lucky enough to work in theatre and events for 20yrs. At present I work for a government agency, and because I like to keep myself busy, I also work for a theatre company on weekends. What little spare time I have, I enjoy gardening, coastal walks, going to the theatre, and coffee, or cocktails, with friends.
Howard moved from England 17yrs ago, and to this day, will get up at all hours to watch his beloved Man United. But don't worry, he has learned to celebrate, or shall I say commiserate, silently. Working in IT/finance, days can be long so he likes to unwind with lego, or a good movie.
While neither of us are gourmet cooks, we are friendly, clean and considerate individuals, who make excellent housemates.
Compatible people
We are looking for like minded individuals who are respectful and keen to keep a happy, calm home. Someone who is friendly, keen to have a chat, and share the load of running a home. If you are easy going and considerate please get in touch.
Description of pets
There are no pets at the home. We are animal lovers, especially dogs so would consider housemates with pets. No cats sorry. I am highly allergic.
