This bedroom is an extremely large room on the top floor of a 3 story townhouse. Has a built in wardrobe with mirror doors, split air-con, and an enormous private balcony. The room can be furnished with a Queen Size Bed, and some Shelving. It is a great space. Loads of room. And the private roof top balcony is excellent for escaping.
Share bathroom with with one other person. Bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. And there is an additional toilet downstairs if the bathroom is in use.
The rent covers household cleaning supplies such as toilet paper, laundry powder, dishwasher tablets etc.
Unlimited fast NBN (approx. 100mbs download), Netflix, and Stan, on main TV in lounge room.
Electricity, gas, and water are separate, but do not add up to much.

Sadly, our flatmate is heading back home to Spain. This leaves us looking for a chilled person to join us in a large comfortable 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 3-storey townhouse in Botany.
There are multiple outdoor areas, including a good sized sunny courtyard with BBQ and entertaining area, and a low maintenance garden with Chillies and Herbs at the rear of the house.
The house could be a fabulous fit for a shift worker as the bedrooms are very well spaced apart from the living areas. Or a tradie as there is plenty of room for storing tools and equipment.
Included in the rent is unlimited fast NBN thru Optus. Foxtel. Netflix. Stan. A fortnightly cleaner and cleaning supplies such as toilet paper, washing powder etc.
The home is fully furnished with large comfortable living areas that are spread out enough to give you room for privacy, or socialising.
You would be sharing with 2 outdoor/indoor cats, Elmo, 15yrs, quite chilled, loves a belly rub and sleeps most of the day. And Duncan. 3mnths old. A crazy kitten who was dumped in the middle of Liverpool Rd, and is now loving life.
Our home is in a good location, close to Botany shops, public transport, Botany public swimming pool, gyms, & pubs.

Whilst some bills are included in the rent, the variable bills are additional, and to be split equally between the number of people in the house. These bills are Electricity, Gas, and Water. Historically, they have not been large. Food sharing is optional.

I have been house sharing for many years and pride myself on not driving my flatmates too insane with any crazy habits. I believe a home is built by accepting and respecting your flatmates for who they are.

Pumpkin, a 7mnth old rescue, possibly ragdoll, still a little skittish around strangers but shaping up to be a really snuggly cat. He loves a scratch and a rub on the belly.
Both are vaccinated annually, and wormed and flee'd monthly, and basically very well looked after.
They are both quite spoilt and it is possible that they may make your bed their next 'spot', if you allow it.
