This is rhe best apparrment in the best location, i absolutely love it here!! Its a 2 minute walk to the beach, and 1 minute walk to Bay St where all of the restaurants, cafe's etc are. Bay St is the hub of B'Le Sands, its less than 1 minute walk to Coles and shops, you can get to central station within 20 mins if your a commuter. The appartment features secured under ground parking, FTTP, slpilt system reverse cycle, a balcony, courtyard and plenty of fresh air and sunlight. There is plenty of space for on street parking for your friends that may want to visit the beach or retaurants or you.

Bills ate relatively cheap. Im not home often as I FIFO for work working 2 weeks on one week off, however i still pay half of the bills. On my week off im out and about,
