Im pretty excited moving into this stylish 2 bedroom appartment. Its a 3 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to Bay St where all of the restaurants, cafe's etc are. Bay St is the hub of B'Le Sands, its a 1 minute walk to Grocery stores 3 minutes to bus's, busses take 5 mins to get to train station, so you will in CBD in 20 mins. The appartment features secured under ground parking and there is plenty of space for on street parking for your friends that may want to visit the beach or retaurants or you.
