There’s plenty of on-street parking and the apartment is 100m walk to the beach & Bay Street with public transport (bus stop) at the end of the street.
Lovely quiet unit block surrounded by gum trees with great neighbours in a secure complex. Everything you could need in terms of household items.
A clean and tidy home (common areas - keep your room as you like) is very important to me and I highly value mutual respect in that regard as I’ve been burnt with some bad housemates in the past 🙃 I have lots of plants and like calm, happy vibes to come home to after work so the place is suited to someone who isn’t a party animal, though I do like a cheeky wine and a chat every now and then! 😊
Bond is 2 weeks rent prior to moving in, first 2 weeks’ rent paid upfront in advance and rent comes out fortnightly.
No couples or men, sorry. ✌🏼
