My name is Eddy.
I'm originally from France, relocated to AUS 10 years ago and I call Bronte home. I'm 40 years old, working Mon-Friday (1.5 day/week WFH) and occasionally get to travel interstates for work (6-8 times per year). I like to wake up early at sunrise to exercise or surf. Afterwork I like to relax with a quiet evening and healthy food.
On days off you'll find me enjoying the outdoors and catch-up with my friends. Sometimes I like to go away with my van.
The flat is my temple, I keep it very clean and tidy, occasionally like to host a dinners or drinks. Its definitely not a party place.
Good communicator, keeps busy and social during weekends.
I'm very tidy and like to keep the place clean. I'm considerate of my flatmate and am quiet at night or when coming back late.
Also, the flat is TV free as I prefer to not have a TV.
