I am looking for my next flatmate for a beautiful renovated large unit in a prime spot in Bronte.
Renovated, recently painted, new carpet and very clean and tidy.
Walking distance to Woolies, cafes, Pilates, famous Iggy’s bread, 5 min walk to the beach and bus to Bondi Junction in 8-10 minutes.
Located on ground floor with 2 bed, 1 bathroom and 1 extra toilet.
Ground floor: Large kitchen, dining and living area in one that opens up to an outdoor patio plus a toilet. Upstairs has two bedrooms, both with a private balcony and shared bathroom that separates the two rooms.
You would have the second bedroom that has a large balcony with room for table/chairs + more. Room measure is 3 x 3,5 and balcony 3 x 2,30
The building also offers indoor pool and a small basic gym (but works for anyone who likes to get an extra workout in)
Willing to consider slight reduction in rent for a great flatmate :) Would also be open to someone after a part time room
