Description of the home

Hi, I'm renting out my room since I'll be overseas for 2 months from the 5th of July after which there will likely be a room available long term as one of our other roommate's (Lauren) will be leaving to go travelling (her room will be slightly cheaper as well). The house is right in the middle of Tamarama and is 7 mins walking from the Bondi Road Woolworths, 15mins from Bondi Junction, 15mins to Bondi Beach, 10 to Bronte and Tamarama. The house is also down the road from the Favoloso cafe and has friendly neighbors on either side.

You'll be living with a Spanish and English girl, both very friendly and easy to get along with. Both work full time and keen to hang out. The room is fully furnished with a wardrobe and bed and also has a balcony, as well as a desk. All items will be emptied out for use during the period. The house has a TV and aircon as well, plus a front yard. The house also has a washing machine and ample space to dry clothes in the front and back, as well as storage in the garage.
