Description of the home

Unfortunately, Myself and my partner David are departing our beautiful share house to head to the country for work so we’re looking for a solo or couple to replace us!

A little bit about the House:
Rent - $420 p/w
Bond - $1680

You'll be living with 3 amazing girls; Caiomhe (30), Holly (28) and Manon (30) all of who love to chat, stay fit and get down to the beach whenever possible.

You’ll be renting a king size room with an attached sunroom (we use this as our office) and a shared bathroom.
There’s two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and toilet and another with a shower and toilet.

The house consists of a large living space, kitchen and dining area with a massive back yard with a deck area for activities and Bbqs.
There’s a shared garage for bikes/scooters/camping gear/any storage you need.
Dual access to the house with ample street parking at the front and back.
It’s a 15 minute walk to Bronte beach as well as heaps of cafes, restaurants and shops just around the corner. It’s located perfectly to enjoy all the perks that the eastern suburbs have to offer as well as only being a 5 minute bus ride to Bondi Junction.

All inspections welcome so if youd like to come meet us all please do not hesitate to reach out!

Note: this is not a party house, but we enjoy having BBQs, movie nights and dinner parties :)
