Large bedroom (feels like you are in a treehouse) located on the top floor of a 3 storey townhome. Room easily fits a queen bed, with plenty of space to spare, + 2x massive walk in/wardrobes & a lovely outlook out to the hills behind the complex. Shared bathroom (shower/bath) on that floor.

The Kilns is right behind Brookvale Oval/St. Augustine’s high school. It’s close to the main Brookvale terminus & Warringah Mall (brisk 10min walk). Beaches are all within throwing distance.
