Looking for a long-term housemate!

You’ll be sharing with me and my two friendly Labradors. I’m a full-time working professional who’s WFH three days a week. I’m clean, respectful and like my own space. This is a chill home, not a party house.

My dogs are my world, so I need someone who genuinely loves animals.

About the place:

Located in Burraneer. Close to Cronulla and Woolooware stations, beach, bus stop out front and a great cafe up the road.

You’ll basically have half the house including:

• Your own large bedroom (choice of two, both have built ins and ceiling fans)
• Your own bathroom
• Your own lounge room (can be furnished or unfurnished) AC in lounge room

We share the kitchen, laundry and big backyard. There’s also a large shed for storage and your own covered car space.

Looking for someone financially secure and working full time. No couples or pets, sorry. Female preferred.

Rent: $500/week including internet. Bills split quarterly (gas, electricity and water)
