One person: $400 per week.

The flatmates are looking for neat, clean, non-smoking, no party, no big gatherings, no drug South East Asia flatmate who is from Hongkong, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, Korea, China. Malaysia, Thailand, Philippine etc.

Minimum stay: Five Months. Three weeks bond and two-week rent are required to pay in advance.
