My amazing housemate Aria is moving out with her partner and we’re looking for someone to take over her lease. This has been our home for the last 2 years, located in the heart of Burwood.

We are a very clean household, who respect each other’s space and are also down to hangout in our free time. We are both full-time working professionals who tend to WFH 2 days per week.

Ideally looking for another female who share the same values. No couples, no pets.

🪴YOUR ROOM: A spacious light filled bedroom with your own private bathroom and study nook! All furniture, homewares and appliances will be included so you'd only need to furnish your own room and bathroom.

💰RENT: $450/ week ex bills (internet and bills excluded)

📆 LEASE: Available from 10/05 and expires 27/02/2025 with opportunity to extend.

Must be okay with cats as I will sometimes pet sit Aria’s cat Odin if she’s away on holiday. Odin has lived with us for the last 2 years, he is the sweetest Ragdoll cat and very affectionate.
