Quiet and very sound proofed against all sounds including traffic and neighbours.
Private spacious balcony, beautiful leafy views.
Aircon:
The aircon is strong enough to keep the room cool even in the peak of summer with a powerful computer running.
Bed:
I have a double sized medium-soft mattress and a spare adjustable medium-firm mattress if you prefer.
Mattress protector, pillow and sheet included.
-Optional: The bedroom with ensuite is available for $40pw extra. I currently live in it and am happy to swap if you prefer it.
Gym:
I was recently gifted a home gym that has it all (all compound lifts, lat pull, rows, dip, multiple chinup, etc).
Internet:
Hybrid fibre internet (250mbps download, 25mbps upload).
Parking:
My parking spot can be rented for +$50pw, with underground storage cage in front of it. There's also underground visitor parking, and outside, Burwood road just south side of the apartment is often very available for parking.
Transport:
Bus stops just outside for travel in all directions and to Burwood/Campsie stations.
Instant driving access to Liverpool road and Burwood road.
Resteraunts:
Great restaurants nearby (e.g. Kebabs, Thai food, The Royal Sheaf Hotel). Many more in Burwood 15 minute walk away.
Other:
A new commercial gym has opened down stairs. (Kick-boxing).
(Also features a small common area with yard and BBQ but it's nothing special).
Optional food sharing:
I usually cook Hello Fresh 2-3 times a fortnight. I can happily order a larger size and cook and wash dishes for you if you pay 50% of the Hello Fresh each week (or visa-versa).
