Would love to find someone to move into this lovely furnished room while I'm away. No pets, unfortunately. You'll be living with Franca, an actor, and Otto, a student at NIDA, both recently moved from Adelaide and both really friendly, clean and respectful!
-Quiet tree-lined street with easy street parking (Free on one side, permit/2 hour parking on other)
-10 min walk to Newtown Station. Plenty of bus stops nearby too
-Gas cooktop, large fridge, washing machine, dryer
-1 Bathroom (1 with shower and toilet, and bath) & a second toilet outside
-Outdoor space with garden furniture and fairy lights
