Our house has just been fully renovated, so everything is brand new! It's in a prime location – only 3 minutes’ walk from the local IGA supermarket and 8 minutes from Newtown Train Station. The house is in front of a beautiful park, and we have a lovely backyard to relax in. The kitchen is modern and spacious, with plenty of natural light.
We’re renting out one of the two rooms in the house. The room is bright and comfortable, with a window overlooking the park. Rent is pay by week and bills included.

Hi! My girlfriend and I are going on holdiays for a month and we want to rent our room! You will share the house with an Argentinian girl, she was the other room. If you like cooking the kitchen is beautiful abd fully equipped and we have a BBQ in the backyar.. We're also animal lovers, we don’t have pets, but a friendly neighborhood cat likes to visit our backyard.
