Description of the home

This is a 2b2b1c apartment, with each bedroom having its own bathroom and one bedroom being an ensuite. I'm Chinese female postgrad student at the USYD. My previous flatmate went back to China, so I'm currently living here on my own and looking for a new flatmate.

I'm open to flatmates of any gender, race, age and don't mind whether you have a dog or not, so long as it is allowed under the lease and building rules. The only important house rule here is to please avoid cooking in the kitchen after 21:00, as I go to bed early and need a quiet night routine.

I enjoy preparing my own food, mainly using the oven and microwave, and this is one of the ways I relax. Apart from that, most my time goes into study, working out, and sleeping. I do socialise from time to time, but my main focus at the moment is my studies.
