Large spacious 3 apartment with more of house feel to it. The top floor bedroom has and ensuite so the bedroom available will be shared with one other tenant (me). There is also a toilet/wash room next to the laundry

There’s combined living room dinning and kitchen is fully aircon and gas heating lovely laundry with front load washer and dryer (dry is used only occasionally) the house has a clothes line and several drying hangers that are for communal use. Plenty of natural light throughout the house. There is on street parking the street is half all day parking.
