Only 1 occupant. I'm Sonia, a Trans girl and I work full time for an estate agent. I'm 63 and build vintage cars in my spare time. I have the front of the house and the rear is for lease. It's a shared kitchen which I keep very clean. I don't leave plates in the sink as I don't want bugs and so would expect anyone here to also keep the kitchen clean, washing up plates and benches after yourself etc. I'm very easy going and very easy to talk to and simply ask for common respect.

I would prefer someone working full time. Someone clean who washes their dishes and benches after use so we don't end up with bugs/cockies. Must be easy going and non-judgemental. Would prefer someone not up all night with loud t.v. etc as I work full time.
