Hi there
I am renting a large furnished room with furniture and a queen-sized bed with a good mattress in a four-bedroom house. I'm looking for another housemate. The house has a nice backyard with an outdoor resting area with a daybed, Off-street parking is reached by foot in less than one minute, a 2 min walk to Canterbury Train Station and Bus stop, and You'll be close to various life-hubs. (Canterbury Plaza 3 min. with a pharmacy, hairdresser, Woolworths, dentist, shoe repairer, Kebab shop, 4 Caffe shops, ALDI, Bottle shop, post office, burger shop, and Pub with pool tables, all within 1 to 3 minutes walking distance.

In the undercover patio in the backyard stands a ready-to-go gas grill / BBQ and the Day bed to chill out on. Unlimited NBN / WIFI and a fixed IP address.

It is worth mentioning that you'd have plenty of private space due to the outlay of the house.

WIFI music downstairs in the lounge area, a front-loading washing machine, a dryer, in the laundry adjacent to the kitchen, a Microwave, plenty of fridge space, and cooking utensils.

As far as cleaning is concerned, the downstairs area and the staircase will have to be vacuumed by the new housemate, and also your bedroom is your responsibility. The kitchen must remain clean after use. Other areas are taken care of.

As for myself, I am a creative guy, down-to-earth, easy-going, polite, and good company my friends say, I speak I, D, F, and EN.
I want to share the house with a clean, polite, emotionally intelligent caring person.
