Hi, I’m looking for one person to fill this furnishef room in Canterbury – open to the type of person although cleanliness is paramount to me.

The property has been recently renovated (paint/floorboards/new stove/oven/internal doors and fan) it is already furnished (fridge/washing machine/tv/couch). It's a decent sized two-bedroom ground floor apartment that feels more like a townhouse with a balcony. There’s an internal laundry and shower plus separate bathroom.

The location is close to two bus stops either going south or to the inner west and Campsie/Canterbury station/metro is 15 min walk away, a free bus takes you to Sydenum from either stops atm – kebabs/burgers/a few cafes are nearby – various gym and grocery options as well (2 Woolies/Aldi/1 Coles nearby) – close on street parking if you have a car/motorbike.

The room itself is 3.7x 2.4m and can easily fit a queen bed + tall boy or chest of drawers + desk - already has a black double bed + side table + clothes rack. Has been freshly painted with new timber floors. $295 a week paid weekly excluding bills (I would like to split the bills once they come through for internet, Electricity, Water) + 4 weeks bond ($1200).

About me (him/35): I work for luxury brand comapny as a demand planner (Work in the office) – I love the gym and trying out new activities/hobbies – love my house music (but generally a music-phile to all types of music). I also enjoy cooking, reading, keeping up with all the tv shows/movies, socialising etc.

I have lived in various share accommodations previously so am respectful of space and sound (across Sydney/Melbourne since I was 18).

I’m looking for people who keep it relatively quiet during the week and are well housetrained. Open to doing things together (share a drink/dinners) but also have our own thing going on. No pets as I am allergic unfortunately ☹, after someone who is considerate, clean, respectful and can share easily.
