The house is in a quiet street. There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two lounge rooms. The house is clean, has space and is mildly 'green'. The energy is carbon neutral. The length of stay is 5 months and possibly longer depending on the new lease. There are two guys and one girl living here. A guy or girl is welcome.
A gym and shops are walking distance away. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get to the city outside of peak times. Buses are at the end of the street. We are close to Macquarie Uni and Western Sydney Uni.
