This is a newly renovated house, that is thoughtfully re-designed with individual bathroom for each room for independent, self-contained living in a sharehouse. Furnished with new/ near new appliances, fittings and home furnishing, each room comes with a generous sized bathroom. Ideal for professionals, students or couples looking to rent a self-contained room. There are three large rooms with own bathrooms in the front house, and at the back of the house, is a studio size granny flat accessed via separate staircase, also with its own bathroom, and separate kitchen area in the basement of the house.

Two rooms in the front house and/ or a granny flat is available from 5 April to mid April.

In the front house, you will be living with Llyod, an animal friendly, horticulturalist and fork lift operator by trade, lovely male in his late 20s and a 10 year old female cat, Juno.

This home is a few streets away from the hub of Carlingford, and only mins drive from Eastwood, Parramatta etc. Located on a suburban street, it offers a quiet surrounding for rest.

I am a 41 year old female from Chinese Malaysian background. I work across various paths in creative productions, healing (soul/ energy) services using sound, movement and visual storytelling, community engagement. I will manage this home as well as using the garden area for work/ hobbies.
